Guidelines?

Post  Pokk on Mon Feb 21, 2011 10:06 pm

Are their any particular standards or guidelines that we should follow when posting? I've only played in one other PbP and they liked to do things like using different text colors for specific things... I.E.

"Something your character says"
Something your character does.. I.E. Flurry of blows
Normal descriptions in normal color
OOC and/or comments to the DM in yet another color

Or is there a certain policy you want us to use when involving rolls, like expressing modifiers in the roll requesting post, or instead in a resulting summary post.

Or anything else I may not be thinking of because I do not have a lot of experience in this medium.

There is an OOC thread so keep OOC there. Anything you want to such as your color schemes to make it easier is great but not required. I would say capitalize your powers(coloring would be great also.) As far as what your character actually says quoting would be sufficient but once again colors might make it easy to read.
